Nostalgija is a Serbian quince brandy, or dunjevača, from Destilerija Zarić, a family distillery that continues Serbia's centuries-old rakija tradition. Quince is the most aromatic and prized fruit in Balkan brandy-making, and Zarić ferments and double-distills ripe Serbian quinces in copper, then rests the spirit to soften and develop. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The taste is a harmonious fusion of the quince's honeyed, floral, pear-and-apple character with hints of oak and a subtle touch of vanilla, culminating in a smooth, enduring finish that leaves a warm and lasting impression. Serbs serve rakija in small glasses as a welcome; sip it lightly chilled before a meal or at room temperature after, alongside cheese, cured meats and family stories. A rare and evocative bottle for fruit brandy lovers.Buy Destilerija Zarić Nostalgija Quince Brandy Rakija online with fast shipping right to your door.
