Ms. Ruchie Khanna, a qualified Company Secretary by profession has been associated with the Company since February 2018. In her experience of over 10 years, she has handled corporate secretarial compliance functions and restructurings under the Companies Act and the SEBI Regulations.

Her previous stints include CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and Allcargo Logistics Limited.

She also holds a post graduate degree in Law and a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
