2X2 LOGISTICS PVT. LTD.
We have partnered with IVC Logistics Limited (IVC) to form 2×2 Logistics Private Limited. A 55% subsidiary of the Company, 2×2 Logistics provides logistics and transportation services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to carry finished automobiles from the manufacturing/assembly locations to stockyards or directly to the distributors through specially designed vehicles. It owns and operates over 150 vehicle carriers and has Mahindra Logistics as its primary customer.
TRANSTECH LOGISTICS
We hold a stake of 39.79% in Transtech Logistics (ShipX), a 2008 technology start-up. It is SaaS (Software as a Service) based TMS (Transport Management Solution) platform that serves the supply chain automation needs for 3PLs, shippers, and transporters. The success of ShipX lies in its seamless service and world-class solutions that ensure better visibility and control of operations across the network of transportation businesses, including their branches, franchise locations, and customer branches.

We handle all types of cargo be it dangerous goods, AOG, heavy or oversized pieces, ODD-dimensional loads, medical or humanity aid supplies. We design solutions as per customers’ needs in terms of the type of aircraft, full or part charter options on non-schedule basis. We provide licensing to handle non-schedule freighter and facilitate DGCA approvals. We also provide consultancy on the load-plan for loading and building ULD at origin and breaking ULD at destination.
