Topping the charts on Diversity & Inclusion
We host over 35% gender diversity ratio at one of our Auto & Engineering sites at Chakan, Pune. The auto aftermarket major has witnessed higher productivity and greater engagement levels than most other centres. Acceptance and acknowledgment of gender diversity has enabled the centre to grow with both vigour and enthusiasm, setting a new standard for other centres in the country.
Continues to top the charts on Diversity Ratio
At MLL, it is our principal aim to foster growth and inclusivity across our workplace. Last year, at our fulfilment centre in Guwahati, launched in September 2020, we were proud to host a 40% gender diversity ratio. The site has seen higher productivity and greater engagement levels than most other centres, setting a new standard for other locations to improve diversity.
This year we have added another site with an exceptional Gender Diversity Ratio.
We host over 30% gender diversity ratio at one of our Auto & Engineering sites at Chakan, Pune. The ratio is highest among all operation sites in the West region. The site has witnessed higher productivity and greater engagement levels than most other centres. Acceptance and acknowledgment of gender diversity has enabled the centre to grow with both vigour and enthusiasm.
