Air movement

We offer a range of air movement services to support businesses in their logistics and supply chain operations. We have partnerships with leading airlines and air freight carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to their destination.

With a strong presence in 200+ cities, we manage first mile/last mile services to supplement the air movement supply chain. Currently, we handle 5000+ tonnes of air movement on an annual basis and are in the midst of expanding this exponentially.

Additionally, we provide customized solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, including dangerous goods handling. With our extensive network, advanced technology, and dedicated team, we are committed to delivering exceptional air movement services to our clients.

Surface movement

We provide fastest TAT, lowest DEPS (Damages, Excess, Pilferages and Shortages) and highest service levels in surface movements empowered by best-in-class technology.

Our company is committed to delivering superior service levels in surface movements, empowered by cutting-edge technology. We take pride in having the fastest Turn Around Time (TAT), the lowest occurrences of Damages, Excess, Pilferage, and Shortages (DEPS), and the highest service levels. Our extensive reach covers over 19,000 Pin codes, and we handle more than 4 million packages monthly. We have 320+ transshipment hubs and distribution centers with over 1.5 million sq ft of capacity throughout India. To serve the middle mile, we deploy over 1,100 vehicles, and we work with over 400 business partners to serve the first and last mile. Our company’s performance on DEPS is industry-leading.

Critical parts logistics

Our company offers specialized fleet services for critical operations such as telecom tower upkeep services and diesel gen-set upkeep services. We take pride in providing the highest Turn Around Time (TAT) at remote locations. Our 24×7 call center is always available to assist customers, and we also offer client web access for convenient management of their services.

  • Automated allocation of pickups by the allocation engine to the correct business partner to ensure effective zero-touch daily operations

Billing technology for faster and accurate billing

  • Customizable tool to ensure first time right billing, factoring in various customer use cases e.g., automated consignment/trip level annexures linkage to invoices, one-click invoice generation with downloadable links to archived digital POD
  • Governed by digital contracts with over 50 different pricing parameters and Value-added Services
  • Additionally,10% of all consignments are created through e-LR /e-POD currently (launched during COVID). Built with 2-factor verification step using Geo-fenced location checks, Identity proof and OTP authentications (provides peace of mind to consignor)

  • Central data and information repository through the customer lifecycle for smart insights
